Returns & Refunds policy

At Gale Journeys, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please read the following Refunds and Return Policy to understand your options.

1. Returns

We accept returns for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. If you wish to return an item, please ensure that it meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with no signs of wear or damage.
  • The item must be returned within [14 to 30 days] of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.

Once we receive your return request, we will provide instructions on how to return the product to us. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns, unless the product is defective or damaged.

2. Refunds

Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the same currency used for your original purchase. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that since we only offer cash-on-delivery (COD) payment, the refund will be processed via cash.

Refunds may take [7 to 14 business days] to process, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, you will need to return the item and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Non-returnable Items

  • Items purchased as part of a limited-time promotion or clearance sale (unless otherwise stated)

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged. If you are returning an item for a reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
